If we haven’t met before, I’m Jewelia (pronounced Julia) and I help people like meditate to relax.
I used to be an athlete on the Canadian Junior National team. I would train 3x per day and relaxing felt difficult due to my ‘on the go’ lifestyle. When I left competitive sport, I threw myself into my business - staying equally as busy. It took a stint with adrenal fatigue for me to finally focus on my nervous system.
