8 Fall Favourites for Wellness & Life

 

I’m a real sucker for fall.

With the crisp air, the earlier nights, and the reintroduction of sweatpants into your wardrobe… it’s just the best time of year, is it not!?

Today’s blog is a roundup of 8 of my fall favourites, from wellness to life in general.

I’m currently living on a tropical island which means I’m not experiencing the Canadian autumn season that I know & love, so do me a favor and embrace it fully.

Obviously I’m stating, on the record, that Gilmore girls is an absolute fall classic. You can never go wrong with it. Call me crazy but I was always team Jess. If you were curious, haha.

In addition to this, I just finished watching Dopesick. Incredibly done. There are few things that rile me up as much as the ‘behind closed doors’ industry of pharmaceuticals. The story was heartbreaking, yet true to today and important to be aware of. Highly recommend watching!

Ice baths! Cold water exposure is such a game changer when it comes to your health. When done properly, it also encourages mental resilience and a deeper breath pattern. I wrote a whole blog post about it. You can read it here.
