Meditation to Boost Your Immune System

It would be an understatement to say that things have been a little crazy lately. We’re experiencing things we’ve never encountered before and information overload is at an all time high. Whether it’s government issued messages, Instagram stories on how your friends feel about the recent string of events, or by the hour updates from your school and/or work, I’d imagine you’re feeling the collective panic, right? Same. 

When we are stressed, fearful and anxiety ridden this compromises our immune system and its ability to function properly. Taking care of ourselves and intentionally removing ourselves from the chaos for periods of time is crucial for, not only our mental & emotional well-being, but the well-being of others as well. You pick up on others energy meaning that if you can embody calm, chances are the people closest to you will benefit from it as well.

Let’s take a break from social media, naturally boost our immune system & chill out (within reason) for the duration of this practice.
